1. Service Scope
Hexavera provides workforce scheduling, attendance, compliance, and predictive analytics services as defined in your enterprise agreement. Service availability targets 99.9% uptime with defined maintenance windows.
2. Data Ownership
Your organization retains full ownership of all workforce data processed through Hexavera. Platform-generated insights and reports remain your intellectual property.
3. Service Levels
Enterprise agreements include defined service levels for platform availability, support response times, and issue resolution. Service credits apply for documented SLA breaches.
4. Security Obligations
Hexavera maintains SOC 2 Type II certification and implements enterprise security controls. Regular penetration testing and security audits ensure continuous compliance.
5. Integration Requirements
API access and integration capabilities are governed by technical specifications in your service agreement. Rate limits and data transfer protocols are defined per deployment.
6. Term and Termination
Agreement terms are defined in your enterprise contract. Data export and transition support are provided during any contract termination period.
7. Limitation of Liability
Liability limitations are defined in your enterprise agreement. Standard limitations apply to indirect, consequential, and punitive damages.
8. Governing Law
Enterprise agreements specify applicable jurisdiction. Standard terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands unless otherwise specified.
