Physical access events create the most accurate attendance record — but only when entry/exit data flows directly into workforce management without manual transfer. The Hexavera access control framework correlates door events with shift assignments in real time.
Supported platforms
Physical access events from supported hardware flow directly into workforce attendance records. No manual clock-in required when door access is the attendance source of truth.
Access control and door management via ISAPI protocol. Configurable polling intervals, multi-controller and multi-site support, emergency mode management, real-time attendance event correlation.
Biometric access control with fingerprint, facial recognition, and mobile credentials. REST API integration for access events and time attendance data correlation.
Biometric access control terminals and time attendance devices. Push protocol with 30-second polling. Popular in manufacturing environments across SEE and DACH.
Unified security platform for access control, video surveillance, and LPR. WebSDK integration for enterprise deployments requiring unified physical security management.
Enterprise access control and security management system by Carrier. REST API integration for enterprise manufacturing and logistics facilities.
Access control and time attendance system by Spica International. Popular in Central and South-East Europe for industrial and manufacturing deployments.
How it works
Door events move from hardware to attendance records through a structured processing pipeline. No manual intervention required for standard entry/exit patterns.
Door reader generates access event with employee tag, timestamp, and door identifier.
Connector polls the device via vendor API at configured intervals. Events queued for processing.
Employee tag matched to workforce record. Shift assignment and access group validated.
Attendance event created. Shift matching, overtime calculation, and compliance checks proceed automatically.
Physical access events become attendance records without manual clock-in. Shift matching and compliance checks proceed automatically from hardware events.
